Support a Young Musician’s Dream

Help Phoenix Steele March with the Madison Scouts!

Building a strong foundation for a future in music education.

Committed and Determined

Discipline. Honor. Integrity. Commitment. These words echoed at the end of every practice during Porter High School’s marching season, and they have taken deep root in Phoenix's heart—planting, nurturing, and growing his love for all things music and marching.

While his natural gift lies in the Choral Arts, it is the dedication, teamwork, and perseverance of the marching arts that truly inspire him. The challenge of bringing young musicians together to create something greater than themselves fuels his passion daily. Whether he's analyzing every DCI performance on YouTube or breaking down high school marching shows with a critical eye, Phoenix’s relentless work ethic, commitment, and determination continue to propel him forward.

Join Phoenix’s DCI Journey!

We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for Phoenix Steele, a dedicated musician and student leader, who has earned a contract with the prestigious Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps for a position as one of the lead trumpet touring and performing around our nation for 89 days over the summer! This once-in-a-lifetime experience will elevate his musicianship, leadership, and performance skills as he prepares for a future as a band director, inspiring young musicians for years to come.

However, Phoenix needs our help to make this dream a reality. He must raise $7,500 to cover tuition and travel expenses for this elite program. With DCI’s age-out rule, this is a time-sensitive opportunity, and every contribution counts.

Your support will directly fund:
✅ $5,000 for tuition & contract fees
✅ $2,500 for travel expenses (April 25-27, June 1st through August 3rd)

By donating today, you’re not just funding a musician—you’re investing in a future educator and leader in the marching arts.
